1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the mcw aff platform and all related services. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses this platform. 3 Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing login credentials with any third party is prohibited. If someone else accesses your account, full responsibility for any activity resulting from that access lies with you.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

mcw aff may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. You may be asked to provide a national identity card, passport, or other valid government document. The right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete is reserved.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there is no activity for 12 consecutive months. No bonuses or promotional benefits will apply to an inactive account. To reactivate the account, the support team must be contacted.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

The payment methods currently accepted on the mcw aff platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

Each promotional offer — including weekly reload rewards, slot festival bonuses, and cricket bonuses — has its own wagering requirement and validity period. Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time; if the conditions of one bonus are not met, the next bonus will not become active.

5.3 Bonus Misuse Policy

If creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, organised betting patterns, or any other strategic misuse is detected, mcw aff reserves the right to cancel the bonuses and close the account. Bonuses may not under any circumstances be transferred or sold as an alternative to cash.

6 Betting and Game Rules

6.1 Bet Accuracy

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If incorrect odds or markets are displayed due to a technical error, mcw aff reserves the right to void that bet. mcw aff is not responsible for any loss caused by issues with the user's device or internet connection.

6.2 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, and other sports, the specific rules of each event apply. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bet settlement will follow the event-specific rules. After a match begins, live market bets are accepted at the updated odds.

6.3 Casino Games

Each live casino, slot, and other game has its own RTP (Return to Player) and rules. Game outcomes are controlled by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and are not predetermined in any way.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcw aff platform:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Placing bets or playing games using any software, bot, or automated method.
• Taking part in match fixing or other sports-related corruption.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.

If involvement in any of the above activities is found, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

8 Personal Data and Privacy

12 Account Suspension and Closure

• Signs of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• An order from a court or government authority.
• Extended inactivity.

12.2 User Request

A member who wishes to close their account voluntarily may contact the support team. If all active bonus conditions are not met before the account is closed, those bonuses will be cancelled.

13 Dispute Resolution
